ORDERING PROCESS:

1. Please order through this link and fill out all information requested.
2. Please choose your Decoden (Whipped Cream) Item (e.g. Phone Case, Mirror Clip, Trinket Box, etc.)
3. Please choose a MAIN CHARM or CHARACTER THEME.
4. Please choose a COLOR THEME.
5. We will create your custom decoden item on TIKTOK LIVE together when MissPie and customer are both available.
6. All Decoden Items take approximately 2-7 days to fully dry and cure.  Your item will SHIP after the drying time.  So please note that for any custom item, CREATION to DELIVERY time will take approximately 5-12 business days.

IMPORTANT/DISCLAIMERS:

• NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO CANCELLATIONS - Decoden items are custom made with LOVE!  Please understand that MissPiesMarket will not issue Refunds or accept Returns or Cancellations.  It is our mission to have everyone LOVE their items.  So if there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
  
  
• Custom pieces may have imperfections or color deviations as they are handmade with LOVE!  Please understand we will not sell or ship any item that has any noticeable damage or imperfection.
  
  
• No customizations or changes can be made AFTER LIVE as these items begin to dry once the decoden cream or resin has been applied.
  
  
• Decoden (Whipped Cream) is a silicone-based adhesive.  Our products have been drop and daily-use tested.  However, please treat your custom item with care.
  • Charms, rhinestones, glitter, etc. are not expected to fall off or break.  However, if this should happen, please note that customers are responsible for using an adhesive to reattach.  We recommends either E-7000 or E-6000 glue, and allow the charm glue to dry for 24 hours.
